A new lady anthem is here! Alicia Keys’ latest single “Girl on Fire” released with a music video.
Alicia Keys’ new and empowering anthem for all the hardworking woman, “Girl on Fire”, has been released with a music video! The 31-year old singer released the video last Friday.
So what’s great about the video anyway? “Girl on Fire” takes account on the different sides of a woman: an individual person, a woman at work, a mother, and a wife. The video suggests that there is an inert passion and strength within the woman depending on what she portrays in front of her child, her husband and her work. There’s a variety of things Alicia did in the video. From completing all the household chores in the house, taking time to take care of her child, and to doing all her overtime works, Alicia displays what women are capable of before she ends up getting on with the music. She has also those ‘Mary Poppins finger snap’ that with just one click of the woman, the house tidies itself up – telling the viewers who’s boss in the house!
