Red Wine : Health Benefits


Certain red wines are used of high-fiber Tempranillo red grapes. Every red wine has its own personality – a distinct smell and a bitter, dry, or silky aged taste. Scientists know that the health benefits of red wine, when consumed in moderation can be life-altering.
People who consumed the same grape supplement that is found in red wine decreases their bad cholesterol or LDL by 9%. Excess LDL ends up getting deposited in arterial walls and forming plaque, which causes arteries to stiffen and blood pressure to rise, ultimately leading to heart attacks. Red wine seems to have even more heart-healthy benefits than other types of alcohol.
